3. Placing an order

You can place an order online. If you place an order online, you must put the items you wish to order in the virtual shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart". Upon completion of your choice to go to the "Checkout" and follow the instructions until you have completed the order process. M-pole

accepts Visa Mastercard Switch debit cards it uses a secure payment system on-line run by Paypal.

4. Availability of Goods

All products published on www.m-poledance.co.uk have in stock in Poland. If the product is not currently available information is in the product description. In the case of M-pole action is insufficient supply of goods ordered will notify you by e-mail at the address specified in the order form, or by phone, if there is no delay in the execution of the contract.

5. Confirmation of Orders

Upon completion of the online order will be sent an automatic e-mail confirmation of the order. It will be, what products are the costs (including VAT) and delivery and invoice information. All prices and orders are displayed and processed in EUR

M-pole reserves the right to change prices without notice. Current prices are updated based on the exchange rate EUR

6. Price and payment

All prices include VAT (Polish VAT 23%),and also include delivery cost. 

Credit card holders, and are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. Not authorized payments to us, your order will not be accepted and the M-pole is not responsible for any delay or non-delivery.

Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of such a right.

7. Secure Shopping - safe guarantee

All data that can be sent through, including your credit card / debit card number and name and address, is encrypted and converted into code before it is transmitted on the Internet. Therefore, in the very unlikely event that the data should be captured, it would be encrypted and difficult to decipher. Data processing is performed by Paypal.

The following database M-pole is kept here on your computer: your name, company name, shipping address, phone number, e-mail address. Detailed information can be found in the "Privacy Policy"

8. Shipping

Orders are within 2-7 business days. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in order and stated in the order confirmation. Your order should normally arrive within 3-5 business days (shipping courier DPD, and DHL), or 7-14 business days (Airmail). If for some reason your order can be much longer than is delayed we will send you. 

We take no responsibility for the Delay in delivery by carriers.

 

SHIPPING RATES- free shipping in Europe

1.Acceptance of goods

 After receiving the order, the customer is responsible for controlling the goods for error or failure. If the items are not ordered to be of sufficient quality, the customer should notify M-pole, as soon as possible. Please see Returns Policy for more information.

2. Returns and Refunds / Damaged Goods

By law, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel the purchase within fourteen working days from the position of the day following the date of delivery of item.

Where do you get your law effectively executed, to withdraw from every purchase will receive a full refund of the price paid for the goods.

You may want to return the goods to us, if for some reason you believe them to be inappropriate. We can offer a similar product in return (from all the difference in price to be taken into account) or to a refund in the original form of payment, provided that the goods are returned undamaged and complete, with proper packaging in unused and re-salable condition. We only accept returns for all non-defective items that are returned in original condition and that have not been worn / used. You must return the goods to us at your own expense. If the returned items are lost, it is not responsible for it. The client in this case is responsible for all shipping and packaging.

 

We strive to provide products that are free from defects in materials and workmanship. We recommend that you should check the goods on receipt of them for defects or damage and inform us within 3 working days of delivery of any defects or damage. Keep all documents and packaging will replace the goods and return any additional postage paid by you. If the parcel arrives damaged please indicate "damaged" in the form that the courier will ask you to sign.

If you want to return item, please fill in the form returns.

Shop informs that the shoes M-field are not shoes to dance on the tube and any complaints related to the damage of shoes during dance on the tube will not be taken into account.

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

1. Returns

In the event that a product is considered defective, we offer a refund, exchange or credit note for the full purchase price. You must provide proof of purchase. Please fill out the return of goods.

2.  If you require an exchange please email office@m-poledance.co.uk the preferred choice of the exchange along with your name, contact details, invoice number and details of the selection of the preferred alternative (product name, color, and size). This will ensure that your position is held to the side, while waiting for the return of your product. If you require such as "in stock" will be broadcast on the internet credit note or refund.

M-pole reserves the right to determine whether a product is defective or control production and quality. If defective by M-pole item replacement will be shipped according to the availability of shares or a credit note or refund issued. The answer to the erroneous statement is received within 14 working days from the arrival of the product to the address above. For faulty or damaged goods, please enclose a copy of proof of purchase email. If the product is defective after review will then fund the cost of postage back to you.

M-pole shall not be liable in the event of delay in delivery. Customers will be responsible for return shipping and handling charges.

In a situation where the product is lost in transit, the M-pole is not responsible.

 

 

3.  Mailorder RETURNS

You are welcome to exchange items purchased via e-mail with the M-pole within 14 days of purchase, provided you have proof of purchase, original swing tags are intact and items are in good unused. Refunds are not issued orders to change your mind, if item is no longer suitable (wrong size / style), or there is a delay in the delivery. We are happy to exchange the item for you when you returned or offer a credit note valid for 12 months from the date of exchange.

4. Contract Appeals

Orders can be referenced for ONLY IF the order has not been shipped.

5. Force Majeure

M-pole does not assume responsibility for any failure to deliver goods ordered OR delays in ten way for any damage OR OR Disadvantages articles Which joke caused by circumstances Besides Events OR ITS control.

6. Your commitments and guarantees
